How do song requests and do-not-play songs work?
You can share must-plays, special songs, preferred genres, and anything that should be avoided. Guest requests can also be accepted during the event when they fit your preferences and the direction of the room.
Can you provide DJ services outdoors?
Yes, when the venue can provide safe power and adequate protection from rain, direct moisture, excessive heat, and other unsafe conditions. Outdoor logistics and a weather backup plan should be confirmed in advance.
How is the date reserved?
Your date is reserved after the service details are agreed to and the required deposit is received. Until then, an inquiry or estimate does not guarantee availability.
What happens if equipment has a problem?
Equipment is checked before each event, and the production plan includes practical backup options for critical audio functions. If something unexpected happens, the priority is restoring the event experience quickly and calmly.
